If you are removing the bottom battery, the steps are similar, but not identical. Or you can contact our customer service team to get a video suitable for V8.
@@rachelmargulies4026 I remember that problem too! I'm pretty sure it had to do with the placement of a wire.. maybe put the wires beside the battery instead of above/below it? Otherwise it could be from having 2 layers of adhesive stickies on top of each other
